ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - An attorney for a woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation will argue in court that the Anthony should be deposed before she is released from jail. A hearing in Orlando is set for 8 Friday morning in Zenaida Gonzalez's civil lawsuit against Anthony. Anthony is not expected to attend the hearing.
