PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit detectives raided a Port Charlotte home Tuesday at 3267 Pine Tree Street, and arrested three individuals. A 5-year-old child was also in the home.

Detectives served the search warrant at 4:00 p.m. and arrested Carrie E. Thompson, 31, Robert Keith McLean, 35, and Thompson’s boyfriend, Trae Michael Patten, 19.

A search of the home located a plastic baggie, a hand scale, and five Pyrex smoking pipes, all containing Methamphetamine residue. They also seized Adderall pills and marijuana.

Detectives located Thompson’s 5-year-old daughter in the home. The Department of Children and Families was called and the child was removed from the home and turned over to a friend.

All three were each charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Adderall, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Thompson was additionally charged with Child Neglect.

They were all transported to the Charlotte County Jail.

McLean has no bond as he is a Convicted Felon and has been booked 14 times; Patten remains in jail on $7,000 bond and Thompson also remains in jail on $10,000 bond.
