LEE COUNTY, Fla. - On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office received a complaint about an unknown male who exposed himself to two juvenile female victims in Lehigh Acres. Deputies responded to the area near the location of where the incident happened and tracked the suspect to Chattham Street E, Lehigh Acres. Nobody was home, but based on information obtained through the investigation, deputies identified the residence as the home of the identified suspect.
Around this time, investigators learned of a second complaint of indecent exposure involving a suspect matching the teens description, not far from the location of the first incident.
Due to the nature of the situation, detectives assigned to the Lee County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation. On Wednesday, September 22, 2010, the teen was located at 436 Loretta Avenue, Lehigh Acres. He was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with one count of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior on a Victim Under the Age of 16 - a third degree felony.
WINK News is not naming the teen because he is only 14.
