LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Former Hendry County Deputy Timothy Neidert has been found guilty of driving under the influence.
He was pulled over twice in the same night by Lee County deputies. The first deputy actually let Niedert go. Neidert said he was having family problems.
He's been given one year probation with an interlock device and a $1,000 fine including court costs.
During his one year probation, he isn't allowed to drink alcohol and his license is revoked.
