LEE COUNTY, Fla. - The Boost Mobile at 16050 South Tamiami Trail was broken into and burglarized early Monday morning.
100 cell phones and other accessories were taken from the store. The cell phones were taken from a rear storage closet, glass case, and from the displays on the wall.
Surveillance video shows a gray, four door vehicle in front of Boost Mobile. The suspects got in by smashing the front glass door. The suspects were wearing gloves and masks and walked into the store carrying three empty boxes.
The entire burglary lasted about two minutes.
The owner said the merchandise is worth $7,000.
Cell phones were also taken from Elaguila, Inc. on Pondella Road after the front door to the business was smashed. The owner said 10 cell phones were stolen worth $1,500.
A security system shows three people breaking in through the front door at 5:00 am. They were wearing dark clothes with hoods on their head.
The burglary lasted about one minute.
