LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Lee County deputies are searching for a suspect who fled after being served with a warrant.

It is happening near Gladiolus and Pine Ridge. Cruisers are on the ground and a chopper is in the sky assisting in the search.

Schools nearby were on lockdown for a short period of time.

Deputies do not believe people in the area are in any kind of danger.
