NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - In Vicky Cross' Vegas Queen Arcade, the action on the video screens is always red hot. But late last week something was different. Vicky's shop and several other business in her Bayshore Road strip were steaming.

Vicky played with the thermostat, but still, nothing. So she went around to the back of her shop only to find the entire a/c unit gone.

She called deputies for help but they were already on the case. Lee County Sheriff's deputies had pulled over Zebula Robert Phelps. In the bed of his pick up truck - three air conditioning units and a 30 foot flag pole from the American Legion next door.

Phelps was arrested and Vicky hit the jackpot. She and her neighboring businesses got all their stuff back.
