CAPE CORAL, Fla. - New details tonight in a story you saw first on WINK. WINK News has learned the Caloosa Middle School student accused of stabbing at least ten classmates with a diabetic needle is now in police custody.
The student allegedly pricked students with the same diabetic needle device throughout school on Monday. Cape Coral police are charging the juvenile with three counts of misdemeanor battery.
