COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - The lawsuit against the "Charlie Crist for US Senate Campaign" is moving forward. Tuesday, a judge denied a motion from Crist's attorneys to dismiss the case.

The governor is under fire for collecting about 10-million dollars from Republican donors and not giving it back after he decided to run as an independent.

Next Tuesday, the judge will rule if the case can be considered a class action lawsuit. If so, the judge could put a hold on the money.
