FORT MYERS, Fla. - Investors are getting back into the real estate business but to do it they need a different kind of strategy than homebuyers.
WINK News Real Estate contributor Denny Grimes says there are four things to keep in mind if you're shopping for investment property to rent out. Buy for income not appreciation, seperate what you like from what makes money, allow for vacancies and maintenance and run it like a business.
