BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Southbound I-75 is reopened after crash on Friday.

The interstate was shut down at mile market 118 around noon.

The lanes were closed for about an hour while a medical helicopter landed to transport the patients from the scene.

There is no word about the extent of the injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
