Hoax bomb threat evacuates Walmart

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Walmart was evacuated Friday morning because of a false bomb threat.
Deputies responded to the Walmart at 19100 Murdock Circle around 11 am.
The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office searched the store and found nothing. They say threat was a hoax.
People were able to return to the store within an hour. Detectives are still investigating.
