PORTLAND, Ore. - After disappearing nearly two months ago, 7-year-old Kyron Horman is still missing, but police may be close to making an arrest.
Investigators returned to Skyline Elementary school this past weekend to search for clues that might lead to them Kyron.
Police are are also investigating the whereabouts of Kyron's stepmother, Terri Horman.
Police said Horman "has been cooperative, and other times she has not." Since hiring a defense attorney, Terri Horman has been silent.
Kyron's parents begged Horman to tell the police anything that might help. They also talked to Horman's best friend, Dede Spicher, pleading with her to cooperate. The FBI searched her home last week.
There are still some discrepancies in Horman's alibi. She claims after she dropped Kyron off at school, she drove around town with her 19-month-old daughter, trying to soothe the baby's earache.
