CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Harry Fisher was arrested for allegedly stealing the American flag. 

Cape Coral police arrested Fisher Wednesday night after he supposedly stole the American flag from a home on Southwest 2nd Avenue.

The homeowner saw what Fisher was doing and chased after him.

Fisher eventually gave the flag back.
