LEHIGH ACRES Fla. - Prosecutors released hundreds of pages in their case against Manuel Rosales.

Karminda Rosales Salazar was attacked and her three month old child was murdered back on May 21. Her neck was slashed several times after an injunction for protection expired against her father, Manuel de Jesus Rosales. Rosales is accused of taking Karminda's infant and slashing the baby's throat in front of her. Rosales smashed in a sliding glass door as the argument  escalated to the driveway.

Investigators said Karminda was able to make a statement at the hospital where she identified Rosales as her attacker and the man who killed her youngest child.
