FORT MYERS, Fla. - A Fort Myers man who admitted to killing his infant son is now charged in his death.
Our partners at the News Press are reporting Ryan Costello is charged with second degree murder and child neglect.
Costello's four month old son, Darwin, suffered multiple skull fractures, internal bleeding, and several broken bones.
Costello described himself as a murderer when talking to detectives.
