LEE COUNTY, Fla - A Lee County great-grandmother is facing negligence charges in the shooting death of her great-grandson.

On January 11th, the little boy picked up a gun in his great-grandmother's home and accidentally shot himself in the head.  He died at Lee Memorial Hospital.

Michelle Freiburger, is charged with culpable negligence leaving a loaded firearm.
