Cape councilman Eric Kuehn is out of the hospital.
Kuehn was hospitalized last week after complaining of shortness of breath.
After undergoing a series of tests,  doctors diagnosed him with congestive heart failure.
However-- WINK News is told he's doing well.
Kuehn replaced embattled Cape Councilman Eric Grill earlier this year.
