FORT MYERS, Fla.-- Lee County Commissioners are expected to get an update today on the proposed flyover for Colonial Blvd.  The $400 million project would create elevated express lanes between Fowler Street and I-75 in Fort Myers.  It's drawn opposition from business owners afraid customers will drive by with no way of stopping.
