CAPE CORAL- Nine year old Billy Adams not only has down syndrome, he is also deaf.
"Having down syndrome wasn't the problem for me," said Rose Adams, Billy's Mother. "Being deaf was the biggest problem for me because he would never be able to hear the birds sing, or Chirstmas music or hear my voice."
For the first four years of his life, Billy needed a walker. Even more of a reason why his trainer, Beverly DiRenzo is amazed by the nine year old everyday.
"He changes me everyday," said DiRenzo. "I don't think I could spend a day in his shoes. I don't."
