Deputies in Lee County are looking for a man who tried to commit a sex crime on a minor.

People in a Buckingham Neighborhood tell WINK News they saw the man lurking around homes on Hawks Preserve Drive.

Deputies drove around the development, even used a helicopter to search for the suspect.  Witnesses say they spotted the man running through people's yards.

Deputies tell WINK News the victim knows the suspect, so investigators know who they are looking for.  Stay tuned for updates.
