Fort Myers, Fla. - It's December, and that means many of us are looking ahead and making our New Year's resolutions.  For many of us that will mean a chance at a clean slate when it comes to health and wellness.  But first, we have to make it through the holidays.  Wellness coach Sarah Mitchell shares her plan.
