WASHINGTON (AP) - Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will announce major steps today to fight Alzheimer's. The Obama administration already has set a 2025 goal to find ways to effectively treat the mind-destroying disease. Sebelius will outline to a group of researchers the work that has started. The National Institutes of Health has given the green light to some major new studies of possible therapies, including a form of insulin that's squirted into the nose.
