LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A Lee County school administrator, who was put on leave, is speaking out.
Dr. Deedara Hicks said, "No one deserves to be treated as inhumanely as I was yesterday," in an e-mail to WINK News.
The district put Dr. Hicks and Dr. Alberto Rodriguez on administrative leave Thursday, but didn't say why.
Hicks is the Executive Director of the south zone, while Rodriguez is Chief Administrative Officer.
Thursday was school superintendent Dr. Nancy Graham's first full day on the job.
