LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The State Attorney's Office has confirmed it's looking into allegations against the Lee County School Board.
WINK News reported last week that board member Cathleen Morgan is accusing three others of violating the state's Sunshine Law by discussing the superintendent search outside of a public meeting.
The State Attorney's Office now tells WINK News, concerns were raised prior to that letter from Morgan, and that the agency is looking into how the board conducts its business.
