Kyle Jordan reports from Macon, Georgia as the FGCU Ladies Basketball Team competes at the Atlantic Sun Tournament.  Some fans have been with the team since the very beginning.

Some parking lot pep rallies to friendly chats in the stands. This blue and green brigade has been right with the Eagles every step of the way. Kelsey Jacobson, senior guard said, "This is how it's been for four years. You know, every game, we get an unbelievable support group." For these fans, loyalty runs deep, all the way back to day one, Billy Yeary, a longtime FGCU fan said, "As soon as FGCU said they were going to have a sports program, I wanted to be a part of it." They are devoted to FGCU, their programs and most of all the players. "They really are like our family like them coming to cheer us on before we got on the bus today. That got everyone excited," Gary Long, a longtime FGCU fan said, "So these kids help keep us young, that's why we're here. We enjoy the kids. They're great students. They're great athletes and just wonderful people." From some of the first fans of the program to the first fan, all of this FGCU family are hoping for a championship today. "To be here with loyal fans and to see our students perform so well, I'm just excited!" said Wilson Bradshaw, FGCU President. From season ticket holders to now travelling supporters, this big group of fans is hoping to hitch its bandwagon to an even bigger trip: one to the big dance.
