Clayton Ferraro welcomes FGCU women's soccer coach, Jim Blankenship whose start to his career has been fantastic with FGCU.  The FGCU women's soccer team won the 2010 A-Sun regular season title (8-0-2).  They are one of three teams to limit opponents to ten or fewer goals in 2010.  The Sunday 1:00 PM game "is huge" against East Tennessee State University; ETSU is undefeated like FGCU.  The team which wins will earn the right to host the tournament at the end of the year in front of the home crowd.  This year, the soccer teams has a chance to not only play in the tournament but to host it.  "You want to play your best soccer at the end of the year," said Blankenship.  The university has given big support and by having a big fan base able to come out and watch the game brings out the best soccer from the team.
