ORLANDO- Gatorland received nineteen American Alligators, each 6 - 8 feet in length, from Busch Gardens Tampa today as part of an animal transfer between the two organizations.

The animals, 10 male and 9 female, had previously been placed on loan to Busch Gardens when they were much smaller. Having now doubled in size, the animals had outgrown their exhibit and needed to be transported back to Gatorland to be released into the Alligator Breeding Marsh where they will hopefully take part in the parks annual breeding program.
