NEW YORK (AP) — The winners of the journalism industry's most prestigious awards will soon be announced.

The 2010 Pulitzer Prizes in Journalism, Letters, Drama and Music will be awarded Monday afternoon at Columbia University in New York City.

The rules on eligibility have changed in recent years to reflect the industry's migration to the digital world. The Pulitzer board last year began allowing entries from news organizations that publish only on the Internet.

This year the contest opened its doors wider, allowing entries from sites not primarily dedicated to news.
