WASHINGTON - Jon Huntsman is out of the Republican race for President. Campaign officials made the announcement Sunday night.

CNN reports an announcement is planned for Monday, where sources say he will endorse Mitt Romney.

The timing is a little unusual. The South Carolina Primary is Saturday. And the former Utah Governor just picked up an endorsement today from South Carolina's largest newspaper.
