CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A Cape Coral family is now suing the Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City after they say they were attacked by security guards.

WINK News Call For Action first showed you the surveillance video in July.

In it, you see John Binns taken to the ground by four security guards. A few minutes later his wife Renee and daughter Andrea were both taken down as well.

Two grown men grab the then 17-year-old and kick her legs out from under her. The family says Andrea's nose was broken as a result.

In the lawsuit, the family says "this egregious premeditated gang attack caused physical, mental and emotional injury to Andrea Binns."

The situation started, the family says, because of a room key. John Binns went to the front desk to ask for another key. After a brief discussion with the hotel manager, John says they were kicked out of the hotel.

The lawsuit, filed Friday, is on behalf of Andrea. John and Renee plan to file their own lawsuits in the future.

The casino meanwhile is staying silent. Reached by email, a representative with Caesar's Entertainment, Harrah's parent company and also a defendant in the lawsuit, says the company does not comment on pending litigation.
