CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - The President of Service Star Enterprise, Inc. was told Thursday night he's no longer welcome to work in Charlotte County.
The Construction Industry Licensing Board pulled Ryan Herman's permitting privileges and his right to work in the county.
Herman is currently listed as President of the company, he's also the qualifying contractor. Mr. Herman told the board he no longer wants to work with Service Star because of the company's business practices, which WINK News Call For Action has exposed multiple times. Customers have complained about being charged big money for parts or brand new air conditioning systems they didn't need.
Service Star is currently under investigation by the Florida Attorney General's Office.
