FORT MYERS, Fla.- A popular bar on Fort Myers Beach is letting employees go.

Earlier this month, Top O' Mast was announced the business would be undergoing renovations. The new owner told WINK News he planned to keep the staff, and stay open during the changes, but now we are learning it was too much to do both at the same time.

Ten employees have been let go and can reapply when the restaurant reopens, which should be December 1st.
