LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Lee County's latest attempt to get a company to expand here is being called "Project Brown."

On August 19th, commissioners will be asked to set aside $240,000 for the private firm. That money would be combined with $160,000 in state tax credits, to lure the unidentified company.

It wants a site for 50 administrative jobs, each paying more than $55,000 a year.

The company would make a $600,000 capital investment in Lee, if it chooses to come here.

The firm is supposed to make a decision in late summer or early fall.
