FORT MYERS, Fla. - You may have seen it under construction, but now you'll start to smell the pizza cooking. The brand new Capone's Coal Fired Pizza opens it's doors to the public Monday night.

The 154 seat restaurant features a custom coal burning oven where hand made pizzas are cooked from scratch to perfection in just four minutes at a toasty 800 degrees.

Ten specialty pizzas along with salads, sandwiches and pasta make up some of the menu.

The space was transformed from an old bank into a 1920's theme restaurant showcasing the legacy of the restaurants name sake,

Chicago mobster Al Capone. Even featuring an underground money vault where Capone is seen guarding his stash. Capone's is open daily for lunch and dinner, located at 2225 First Street in Downtown Fort Myers. For more info visit: www.caponescoalfiredpizza.com
