LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Lee County Commissioners will discuss converting LeeWay to SunPass for collecting bridge tolls in a meeting on Tuesday, according to our partners at the News-Press.
State officials are offering to replace LeeWay’s 100,000 transponders at no cost to the county.
SunPass tolls in Lee County would be collected by Florida officials and returned to Lee, minus a fee for administration.
