TOKYO (AP) - The Boeing 787 will be flying out of Japan again by the end of the weekend.
Approval from the Federal Aviation Administration and the Japanese Transport Ministry was given Boeing's Dreamliner around 10 p.m. Friday night. The approval lifted a three month ban after batter fires grounded the aircrafts.
Just this week the FAA approved a plan for the company to fix the problems with the lithium-ion batteries.
