ATLANTA (AP) - A female employee has told Atlanta police the CEO of Waffle House demanded she perform sexual acts on him in order to keep her job.

The woman said the alleged harassment by Joseph Rogers Jr. lasted for 10 years.

David Cohen tells The Associated Press that he is a lawyer representing the woman. He said the man cited in the police report is the CEO of Waffle House, based in metro Atlanta. Police would not confirm that. They say they are investigating the case, but no charges have been filed.

The Marietta Daily Journal quoted Rogers' lawyer as saying that his version of events is different. The lawyer did not return a telephone call and email from the AP.
