The manager at Prosperity Point Marina, just across the Caloosahatchee Bridge, said he called authorities around 10 a.m. Friday after smelling a foul odor on Thursday. The man on the boat was 65 years old and had lived at the marina for about a year, the manager said. LCSO crime scene units are at the scene but no information has been provided.
