The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office say they are hosting a presentation on Active Shooter Preparedness to learn about responding to threats and active violence from experienced law enforcement. Topics being covered will include time and mental mindset, situational awareness, objectives of the active killer, contact with law enforcement and run, hide, fight first instincts.
