Two suspects accused of burglary, grand theft auto and arson

Police are looking for suspects accused of breaking into a home, stealing a car and then setting it on fire.

Cape Coral Police Department wants help to identify two suspects involved in a burglary, grand theft auto and arson that happened Sunday, April 7.

According to the CCPD press release, police were sent to the 2100 block of NE 33rd Terrace in Cape Coral, where a homeowner reported her place had been ransacked and her 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse stolen. The victim’s master bedroom bathroom was also damaged.

Florida Highway Patrol found the homeowner’s car in North Fort Myers after it had been set on fire.

There are two confirmed suspects.
