Photo via SWFL Crime Stoppers Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office say they are looking for help from the public in identifying a robbery suspect. According to Crime Stoppers the incident occurred on March 13 in the Wawa parking lot located at 12701 S. Cleveland Avenue. The report says the victim was sitting in her car using her cell phone, when the man opened her passenger door, entered and grabbed her purse. The woman and the suspect struggled over the purse, however, the man fled on foot with the purse in his possession. The suspect was possibly picked up by a dark gray, four door extended cab pickup truck in the area.
