Vehicle rollover leads to an arrest, roadblock

Fort Myers Police Department arrested one person after responding to a single vehicle rollover on Fowler Street Wednesday night.

The crash happened near the intersection of Fowler Street and Colonial Boulevard. According to FMPD, two southbound lanes of Fowler Street are blocked, and traffic is being diverted.

FMPD urges drivers to avoid the area if possible, and to use caution if traveling near the intersection.

There are no reported injuries.

It is unclear what led up to the crash, and why one person was arrested on scene.
