Photo by WINK News via Google Maps. Fort Myers Police Department responded to a head-on car collision on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers Saturday night. According to FMPD, drivers of both vehicles were taken to Lee Memorial Hospital. Roadblocks northbound and southbound on McGregor Blvd. have been cleared. The roadblock originally shutdown north and southbound lanes between Coconut Drive and Alcazar Avenue. Drivers are advised to use caution.
