President Trump is expected to visit Lake Okeechobee Friday to tout work on dike repair, EAA reservoir, according to Special Assistant to the president and Deputy Press Secretary Judd Deere. Treasure Coast Newspapers first reported Trump is expected to talk about how the administration worked with Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Rick Scott, Sen. Marco Rubio and other leaders from the state about water management in Florida. Further details of where and when the visit will happen has not been released.
