Spring training season kicks off in Southwest Florida.

The reigning champions, Boston Red Sox kick off the season Friday with a game against the Northeastern Huskies, followed by a Saturday matchup against the Yankees at 1:00 p.m.

The Minnesota Twins also call Southwest Florida their home for the spring, and they kick off their training season against the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday at Centurylink Park in Fort Myers.
