A male and female were seen on surveillance after they allegedly stole merchandise from the Target at 9350 Dynasty Drive in The Forum Monday, Feb. 4. The couple was later seen leaving the store while pushing a stroller. It is unclear if they stole the stroller or used it to steal items from the store.
