A Cape Coral man was arrested after getting into an altercation with his neighbor, that led to him grazing her with his car, according to Cape Coral police.

CCPD says, Raymond McIntyre, 47, got into an argument with his neighbor over him allegedly stealing his neighbors electricity, which led her to call LCEC to get his turned off.

McIntyre, who had his 2 kids with him at the time of the confrontation, got into the car with his children, and as the victim was attempting to grab her phone to video record McIntyre put the vehicle in drive and dove toward the victim.

He slammed on the break just short of hitting the victim, but not before grazing her pants with the front of the car.

He then backed up, drove around the victim and left.

A Cape Coral Police Officer located Mcintyre in his vehicle a short time later. During contact, Suboxone was located in McIntyre’s vehicle. Based on the investigation it was determined that there was probable cause for the arrest of McIntyre.

McIntyre was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
