There was a crash at the corner of Veronica Shoemaker and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvds. in Fort Myers Tuesday afternoon, according to the Fort Myers Police Department press release. But all lanes have reopened. Due to the crash, westbound traffic on MLK was closed, which forced eastbound traffic on MLK to be diverted onto the side streets. There are no injuries at this time, the FMPD press release states.
