A plan to revamp parks in Cape Coral is coming together. WINK News previously reported the city is moving forward with a $60 million deal to add 11 new parks in just three years. This also includes makeovers for 21 existing parks, and now you can know exactly where your money is going. We mapped out all of the existing parks that will undergo the changes.
